AiSora Video Generator is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text descriptions using advanced artificial intelligence technology. Our service includes:

• AI video generation capabilities powered by OpenAI's Sora API
• Multiple resolution options (480p, 720p, 1080p)
• Variable video duration settings (5, 10, 15 seconds)
• Credit-based usage system
• Video storage and download features
• Account management and usage analytics

3. User Accounts

To access our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at contact@aisoravideo.com of any unauthorized use or security breach
• Ensuring you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)

You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Prohibited Content

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create videos that promote violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Generate content intended to harass, bully, or harm others
• Create videos that infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content involving real individuals without consent
• Generate content that violates privacy rights or contains personal information without authorization
• Create videos intended to spread misinformation or disinformation

Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our service
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Circumvent any access restrictions or credit limitations
• Use the service to compete with or create a competing service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization
• Abuse or exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos you create using our service. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and store your prompts and generated videos as necessary to provide the service
• Display your content within your account interface
• Use anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the prompts you submit and that your use of the service does not violate any third-party rights.

Our Technology

The AiSora Video Generator platform, including our website, user interface, branding, and any proprietary technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use our branding or trademarks without written permission

Third-Party Technology

Our service uses OpenAI's Sora API for video generation. Your use of the service is also subject to OpenAI's terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for changes to or limitations of the Sora API.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on video resolution and duration:

• 480p: 25 credits (5 sec), 45 credits (10 sec), 65 credits (15 sec)
• 720p: 50 credits (5 sec), 105 credits (10 sec), 200 credits (15 sec)
• 1080p: 135 credits (5 sec), 375 credits (10 sec), 875 credits (15 sec)

Credit Packages

Available credit packages:

• Starter: $12 for 200 credits (valid for 90 days)
• Professional: $49 for 1000 credits (never expire)
• Enterprise: $199 for 5000 credits (never expire)

Payment Terms

By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected package
• Provide accurate payment information
• Our pricing and billing practices
• The terms of our payment processors (RazorPay, LemonSqueezy, or FastSpring)

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete credit card information.

Non-Refundable

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or within our 7-day money-back guarantee period (see Refund Policy below).

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for credit purchases. Refunds are available for:

• Technical failures that prevent service usage
• Unavailability of paid features
• Duplicate or erroneous transactions
• Service not meeting advertised specifications

To request a refund, contact us at contact@aisoravideo.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt)
• Detailed description of the issue
• Your account email address

Refunds are not available for:

• Credits that have been substantially used (more than 50% consumed)
• Violation of our acceptable use policies
• Change of mind after successful service delivery
• Requests made after the 7-day period

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability and uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Third-party service interruptions (including OpenAI Sora API)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AiSora Video Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by users or any consequences arising from such content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated videos for any particular purpose

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiSora Video Generator, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you generate or prompts you submit

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our acceptable use policies

• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited (unless termination was our error)
• You must cease all use of the service
• We may delete your account and associated data

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits will be forfeited upon voluntary termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes

Your continued use of the service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through:
