Credit-Based System

AiSora Video Generator operates on a credit-based system with no recurring subscriptions. Purchase credits once and use them as needed for AI video generation.

Available Credit Packages

• Starter: $12 for 200 credits (valid for 90 days)
• Professional: $49 for 1000 credits (never expire)
• Enterprise: $199 for 5000 credits (never expire)

Billing and Payments

All purchases are billed in USD. Prices are subject to applicable taxes where required. All purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewals.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by our trusted payment partners (RazorPay, LemonSqueezy, or FastSpring). By purchasing our services, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We use third-party payment processors as our merchant of record. This means:

• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems
• We do not store or process your payment card information directly
• Your billing information is handled by our payment partners
• Transaction records and receipts are provided by the payment processor

Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Tax rates and calculations are handled by our payment processors in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, you may retry the purchase. Credits will only be added to your account after successful payment processing. We are not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or other payment method issues.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for credit purchases. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Reasons

• Technical failures that prevent service usage despite troubleshooting
• Unavailability of paid features as advertised
• Duplicate or erroneous transactions
• Service not meeting advertised specifications or capabilities
• Unauthorized charges to your account

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

• Credits that have been substantially used (more than 50% consumed)
• Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Change of mind after successful service delivery
• Refund requests made after the 7-day period
• Poor quality results due to inadequate prompt descriptions
• Expired credits from Starter packages (after 90 days)

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method through our payment processor's system.

Credit Usage and Expiration

Credits are consumed based on video generation parameters:

• 480p Resolution: 25 credits (5 sec), 45 credits (10 sec), 65 credits (15 sec)
• 720p Resolution: 50 credits (5 sec), 105 credits (10 sec), 200 credits (15 sec)
• 1080p Resolution: 135 credits (5 sec), 375 credits (10 sec), 875 credits (15 sec)

Credit Expiration

• Starter Plan: Credits expire 90 days after purchase
• Professional Plan: Credits never expire
• Enterprise Plan: Credits never expire

Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use AiSora Video Generator for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Generating content that violates intellectual property rights
• Creating pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Generating deepfakes or misleading videos of real individuals without consent
• Creating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Violating privacy rights or misusing personal information
• Generating spam, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• Creating content intended to spread misinformation or disinformation
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the service
• Reselling or redistributing access without authorization

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

Service Availability and Limitations

AiSora Video Generator provides AI-generated videos using OpenAI's Sora API, which may not always produce perfect results. The service does not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy or quality of generated videos
• Suitability for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific generation times (though typically 5-15 seconds)

The AI models may have inherent limitations affecting video quality and content. Always review generated videos before using them for commercial or public purposes.

Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to the videos they generate using AiSora Video Generator, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have appropriate rights to the prompts and descriptions you submit
• Generated videos must not violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Commercial use requires Professional or Enterprise plan with commercial license
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

We grant you a license to use generated videos according to your plan's terms. You may not claim ownership of the underlying AI technology or models.

Liability and Disclaimers

AiSora Video Generator and its operators are not liable for:

• Damage or loss caused by use of AI-generated videos
• Misrepresentation or inaccuracies in generated content
• Third-party claims arising from your use of generated videos
• Service interruptions due to third-party API issues (including OpenAI)
• Loss of data, credits, or content

You agree to use the service at your own risk and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of generated content.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AiSora Video Generator at our sole discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the service or harm other users
• Fail to respond to serious violations after warning

Termination may result in forfeiture of any unused credits without refund. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date will be revised
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
